Please note our 2pm cut off time is subject to change. For example, an earlier cut off time may be implemented during busy periods (this includes Bank Holidays & UK Celebrations). Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch notification and our courier will send your tracking information on the morning of your delivery. Unfortunately, once our courier service has your order, we are unable to amend or guarantee delivery. On occasion circumstances out of the control of our courier service do cause unexpected delays and, on these occasions, we are unable to offer any form of compensation for this.
Please note if an order contains different delivery timescales, the fulfilment time for the order will be the oldest timescale. All orders are consolidated into one consignment. You may however request for the in-stock items to be sent separately; you can request this by paying a delivery charge to split the delivery. To arrange this please contact our Customer Service Team.
If your order contains a free gift and this has a delivery delay, regretfully we are unable to split the order. You can, however, request the cancellation of the free gift to enable your in-stock items to be dispatched.

Orders that contain more than 1 item are assigned processing times in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment the items, our staff will carry out a thorough inspection on the products you have ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
